The Singida Bs side has issued a statement stating that the game has been postponed due to the Geita Gold Fc team Fc to be given time to rest after recently arrive in country from the Caf confederation cup match.
The statement stated as follows” We would like to inform the lovers and fans of the Singida Big Stars club that our game against Geita Gold FC will be held on September 21, 2022 at 10 PM at the CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza, instead of tomorrow September 14, 2022 as originally planned.
According to the information we received from the League Board, the reason for this change is to give the Geita Gold team a chance to travel and rest before their second leg game of the CAF Federation Cup.
Due to this new schedule, our team will stay at home in Singida to continue training in preparation for the next game.”
