Lamontville Golden Arrows Fc Squad 2022/23: Lamontville Golden Arrows F.C. is a Durban-based South African soccer team that competes in the Premier Soccer League. It was created in the streets of Lamontville, a Durban slum, in 1943. In the 1970s, the team competed in the now-defunct National Professional Soccer League before being demoted in 1976. They remained in the Second Division until 1980, when they were expelled from the National Professional Soccer League due to a soccer scandal.
The club was renamed Lamontville Golden Arrows after the Madlala family purchased the Second Division franchise of Ntokozo FC in 1996. They were promoted to the PSL in 2000 by winning the National First Division Coastal Stream.
