The Arabic term for “victory” is al-Nasr. Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, and Libya also have clubs with the same name, although the Saudi Arabian club was the first to use it.

The club’s logo features the map of Arabia in the colors of yellow and blue. The colors yellow and blue represent the wonderful sand of the Arabian deserts and the Arabian Sea, Arabian Gulf, and Red Sea that encircle the Arabian Peninsula.

The old club logo still has a significant effect on the “more contemporary version” that has recently taken the place of the previous one. The former design represented the club as a whole, but the current emblem just symbolizes the football team.
