- The applicant must have completed primary, secondary and continuing education;
- The applicant takes the form at any nearby college. The forms contain information on all the colleges owned by VETA, including the fields taught and where the college is located and whether it is full-time or boarding;
- The applicant is allowed to take the exam to join the region he took the form but he can choose to study any region he chooses according to his needs;
- The applicant must take an aptitude test in October and those who are selected are notified in December to begin studies in January of the following year;
- The successful applicant is provided with an admissions letter detailing all relevant requirements. The requirements vary from one college to another and depend on the field he applied for, and also if it is full-time or boarding;
